Established in 1991 by Engr. Moinul Islam Khan. IPPL was created to spearhead Bangladesh's industrial drive beyond the typical Plasticizers business. By introducing materials with countless applications in modern life, our vision was to create world-class business to reduce dependency on import and raise performance in the sector.

To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, Islam Polymers and Plasticizers Ltd. endured an evaluation process that included: quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformances in the quality management standard.
